Start your Halloween celebration off early with the fall edition of Night Dive! Come see the spooky side of the Aquarium with for a night full of scarily good music, art, and culture.

Costumes encouraged with extra points for Aquarium-themed costumes. Please save the overly gory and scary costumes for another party. Also, heads up, toy and look-alike weapons (such as guns, swords, bow and arrow, etc.) and full face masks will be confiscated at the door.

In case you don’t know about Night Dive, it’s an adults-only event with local bands rockin’ out right next to the fish, DJs spinning in the Aquarium’s galleries, inspiring works of art, cocktails and drinks, and tasty bites from food trucks. Turn up and take it all in!

Take in the stunning photography of Nicholas Litwin, a local artist based in Southern California, who has been recognized as one of the top three drone photographers to follow by VSCO. His aerial photographs highlight a new perspective of the ocean and the animals that inhabit it including dolphins and whales.

Culture

Magic Show: Don’t miss Count Dave the Vampire and his magic show filled with sleight-of-hand, mind reading, manipulation, and even a live rabbit. This show features The Head Chopper of Doom, a guillotine-style trick using one very brave volunteer from the audience!

Food Trucks: Grab a bite to eat from one of the food trucks parked on the front plaza of the Aquarium.
